Mayor’s London Regeneration Fund

The London Regeneration Fund aims to help places throughout London take advantage of the opportunities presented by economic and demographic change and of new technology, and help secure the future of the capital’s mixed economy.

Projects can be undertaken by London boroughs, as well as sub regional partnerships, town teams and business improvement districts, workspace providers, community groups and charities within London.

£20million is available to help breathe new life into London’s high streets and places of work. The aim is to make the most of the city’s wealth of talent in creativity and technology.

Brent was successful with 3 projects in the last funding round (one borough-led and two community-led) securing a combined total of £695,000.

Project delivery in Wembley, Harlesden and Sudbury town centres is in progress. Brent hopes to achieve the same success in this bidding round following momentum from the previous rounds.
