In August 2014 planning permission was granted for the delivery of 236 new homes (of which 102 are affordable and for existing South Kilburn residents and 134 for private sale), an energy centre for the South Kilburn Neighbourhood Heating System, replacement play space, associated landscaping, general public amenity space and car parking.

Site 18 - Queens Park/Cullen House

Queens Park/Cullen House Site (Site 18) consists of the demolition of “Keniston Press, Premier House, Cullen House and the Falcon public house” and redevelopment of 137 homes (39 for affordable rent), along with new public space, 1270 square metres of commercial space (and 959 square metres of office space) (Use class B1a for dedicated use by TfL).
