The Carlton and Granville Centres have been identified for redevelopment and it is proposed as being for an Enterprise Hub, education, community space and residential development.

Phase 1

Phase 1 will create a new Enterprise Hub and Community Space in the Granville Centre with the intention that once opened it will run for up to five years. The refurbishment works are scheduled to be completed by December 2017. Brent Council and The South Kilburn Trust have been awarded £750,000 from the Greater London Authority (GLA) towards the creation of this hub.

Brent Council will lead on the physical changes agreed to adapt the building for the Enterprise Hub to operate from within the Granville Centre. South Kilburn Trust will take a lead on fully involving community stakeholders, businesses and residents in the project.
