Visiting us in the Civic Centre
On the ground floor, to the right of the main entrance, you'll find the library and beyond that is the Customer Services Centre.
You will first see the reception area where customer service officers will be on hand to show you how to use the self-service computers and phones and explain which services and information you can access online.
If you already have a pre-booked appointment to see a customer service officer, please go directly to the desk number on the mezzanine floor, which is accessible by both the red lifts (press floor 'M') and the spiral stairs inside the Customer Service Centre.
Please refer to the checklist attached to your appointment letter or email to confirm what documents you will need to bring during your appointment. You must bring ALL your documents as failure to do so may result in a delay with accessing your claim.
You need to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are late you may not be seen.
