The Grand Hall, Winter Garden and Olympic View rooms (capacity for 1,000 seated conference-style, or 700 seated dining-style - perfect for weddings, dances and banqueting).
The first floor is also home to The Melting Pot restaurant, public bar and gallery space.
No event spaces, but the second floor houses the AV room, which is used to operate audio-visual equipment for The Grand Hall.

Because the Full Council meets only ten times a year, the council chamber has been designed so it can be used as a conference hall for other events.
The committee rooms can also be used as board rooms and have a capacity for 70 people seated conference-style.
When the main board rooms are opened fully they can be used for event day hospitality and post-wedding celebrations, as they have direct access to the terraces and great views.
Group offices, Mayor's suite and Members' lounge for councillors.
Large garden to the West of the building, with three sections, allowing a range of events to take place including weddings, hire and public access.
