Your visit to the civic centre
Are you visiting our customer services centre in Brent Civic Centre?
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
On the ground floor, to the right of the main entrance, you'll find the library and and next to the that the Customer Services Centre.
You will first see the customer self-service area where customer services officers will be on hand to show you how to use the self-service computers and phones and explain which services and information you can access online.
If you need to speak with someone about one of our services you can speak to someone in person on the mezzanine floor above which is accessible by both lifts and stairs.
You will be guided to the reception and given a numbered ticket that will allow you to wait to see the relevant advisor for your enquiry.
You will be able to see where you are in the queue on the large screens in the main waiting area.
Have you pre-booked a visit to the customer services centre?
If you already have a pre-booked appointment to see a customer service officer there is no need to take a numbered ticket.
Instead you should ring the officer on the number given in your appointment letter and they will tell you where to go.
Phones are available in the customer service centre and in the self-service area downstairs.
