How to make a complaint

There are two stages to making a complaint.

Stage one

You should speak to the worker, team or manager responsible for the service you are unhappy with. They will then try and resolve your concerns to your satisfaction by the end of the next working day.

If your verbal complaint is not sorted out by the end of the next working day you can make a formal complaint by filling out a complaints form or contacting us via the details below.

Our reply will provide you with our initial decision. Any actions or recommendations that have been or are able to be taken will also be included in the response.

We will invite you to comment on our response and will consider any feedback that you give before providing you with our decision in writing.
