BetterCare Support is Brent's free, accessible online social care self-assessment tool. It helps you understand your care needs and connects you to the right services, resources, and advice—quickly and easily.
It works by guiding you through a series of short animations. Each animation helps you to understand what level of care you need (if any). You are in control throughout the process and can work through the areas that you feel you need support with.
What the tool does

- allows you to self-refer to Brent’s Adult Social Care team for a full assessment, if needed.
While it can lead to a better understanding of individual needs it does not guarantee that you will be eligible for social care support.
