Resident Hub

Visit the Resident Hub to get help from Brent Hubs in person. You can talk to someone about housing, money, benefits, jobs, or other support. This hub is based inside Brent Civic Centre in Wembley.

Things to know before you visit

Drop‑in service. People are seen in order of arrival
Some services need an appointment and may only be available on certain days
The Hub is closed between 1pm and 2pm for lunch
The last person will be seen at 4:15pm

Facilities at the hub

At the hub, you can:

use Wembley Library services
use a computer or access free Wi-Fi
use photocopier, scanner and printer - black and white and colour available
use self-service computer kiosks to access Brent Council service
access public toilets (including a Changing Places toilet) and baby changing facilities in Brent Civic Centre, under the main staircase
