Description
Eton Grove Bowls Club Pavilion was built around 1950. It is a single storey building that appears to be of a timber frame construction with external rendered panel walls. The flat roof appears to have a bitumen felt covering. There are a number of glazed windows across the structure together with the entrance door that are secured with metal bars. The external open terrace provides good views across the bowls' ground for games. Separately, at the bowls club, there is a patio area with a number of timber benches for relaxation purposes.
Internally, the property has a main hall, a male and a female changing rooms, and a kitchen. The walls and ceiling are of a panel construction with a vinyl tile floor.
The Bowls Club demise includes an accessible external WC outhouse that is of a brick construction under a flat roof.
There is a good size bowling green that has been reasonably well maintained. The property is bound by palisade fencing to the perimeter of the site.
Potential applicants should undertake their own inspections of the property to determine its overall condition.
