The Former Alperton Mortuary has been vacant for a number of years and requires substantial refurbishment works.
Condition
This is a single storey brick structure under a flat roof with a two storey tower at the western end of the building. There is a garage attached with a single off street parking bay to the front. Internally, it is in a shell and core condition. The services appear not to be connected.
The successful tender applicant will enter into an agreement to lease with a long stop date to complete the lease within 12 months to finish the building works subject to planning approval.
