Description
The pavilion hall and bar facility are located on the first floor of the Sudbury Court Pavilion that is a part two storey detached changing room facility for sports users. Ground floor is used as a changing room and a meeting place for sports clubs associated with the Vale Farm playing fields.
Pedestrian access rights are through the car park adjoining East Lane as detailed on the site plan. The entrance is located to the side of the building and the internal stairwell leads to the first-floor hall. There is a separate emergency external fire stairwell to the rear.
It comprises of a reasonable size room with a bar facility and storage space. Subject to the relevant consents the bar could be taken out to create one large room.
Condition
The property is in poor order and will require considerable works to return it to a fit state of repair. The proposed applicant is advised to obtain professional guidance on the condition of the property prior to making an application.
The services will need to be divided and enquiries should be made of the relevant utility providers. There are at present no sanitary facilities within the first floor hall.
