The Granville The Granville is a multi-purpose space run by the South Kilburn Trust and delivered in partnership with Brent Council and the Mayor of London. It provides co-working and community space to local residents and businesses, with access to a range of specialist support services, events and opportunities. Create Space London Located in the former Willesden Green Police Station, Create Space London is a charity bridging the gap between arts, technology and sustainability. Users start their own projects using the available workspace and equipment, or take part in workshops to deepen their knowledge and skills in art and design. Second Floor Studios and Arts Established in 1997, Second Floor Studios and Arts is a leading arts organisation which provides affordable long-term studio workspaces for visual and fine artists, designers and other creative industries. SFSA operates four sites, including one in Wembley. 26 purpose-built artists’ studios were delivered in partnership with developers Quintain in Wembley Park – one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects. ASC Studios ASC Studios are a London-based charity who provide spaces for artists, designers, art charities and not-for-profits. ASC has grown into one of the largest Affordable Workspace providers in the UK, supporting over 700 practitioners across 6 London boroughs. ASC’s workspace in Alperton houses 25 individual studios and 6 micro studios across three blocks with the enterprise offering a studio for free to a Brent resident, which renews every 2 years. The Grange Business Hub The Grange Business Hub is one of the longest standing serviced offices in Brent. Some rooms in the beautiful Grade II listed building have been converted into offices to rent, with other open plan areas available as training rooms. The offices provide a range of spaces for entrepreneurs, home workers, new businesses and tradespeople, and help small businesses grow without having to worry about high office overhead costs. ACME Studios ACME Studios provide space for fine artists unable to afford workspace on the open market. Founded by a collective of artists in 1972, they support over 800 individual artists across Greater London. ACME work collaboratively with partners to deliver affordable and secure artist studio provision, and develop pioneering residencies and awards programmes to support artists at all stages of their careers.
