100 Beresford Avenue (20/1424)
Woolbro Group has completed this mixed-use canalside development comprising 100 residential units for social rent and shared ownership, alongside 12,000 sq ft of light industrial space for creative businesses and makers. The two-building scheme includes flexible workspaces, a commercial yard, car parking, amenity space and soft landscaping fronting the Grand Union Canal. The development was completed in October 2024.

1-7 Bridgehill Close (20/1213)
Mountford Pigott delivered 12 residential homes in Bridgehill Close comprising 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats over 4 storeys, private and communal amenity space, roof terrace, off-street parking, cycle and refuse storage and associated landscaping.

Abbey Wharf / Delta Centre (16/4478)
Clarion Housing Group in partnership with Inland Homes have delivered 135 new homes and 247sqm of commercial space. The development at Abbey Wharf has transformed a disused industrial site with affordable homes and forms part of the wider plans to regenerate Alperton Housing Zone.

243 Ealing Road (09/2116)
This mixed-use development was completed by Network Homes and Hills Residential in 2015 and is home to 440 apartments and 1,000sqm of affordable workspace. Managed by Artist Studio Company, there are 27 artist studios, with shared communal facilities and free training opportunities for tenants.
Afrex House (18/0752)
In 2022, Inland Homes delivered 31 residential units by the Grand Union Canal in Alperton including a new public realm, landscaped amenity space, car and cycle storage.

Minavil House (16/2629)
Clarion Housing Group and R55 recently completed a new residential development consisting of 251 flats. Of these, 215 flats are for shared ownership and 36 are for affordable rent. The scheme includes a Lidl foodstore on the ground floor, 622 sqm of office space, as well as 634 sqm of retail floorspace for flexible use as a cafe, bar or restaurant

253a Ealing Road (17/1104)
The site was developed to include 20 new residential homes. Additionally, a public right of way for pedestrians and cyclists was established through the site, connecting Carlyon Close to 243 Ealing Road / Hatton Road.
255 Ealing Road (14/2276)
This 3-9-storey building comprises 125 residential units and 277sqm affordable workspace.
1C Carlyon Rd (15/3950)
This 4 - 6 storey building comprises 28 flats (8 x 1bed, 17 x 2bed and 3 x 3bed units) with associated vehicular crossover, car and cycle parking spaces, bin stores, amenity space and landscaping.
