330 Ealing Road (20/3914)
Planning permission was granted for the redevelopment of the former Alperton Bus Garage site. Developer Telford Homes is delivering 461 new homes. 40% affordable across four buildings of up to 28 storeys. The scheme includes 306 Build to Rent units, 98 homes at London Affordable Rent and 57 shared ownership units, alongside 2,400sqm of light industrial and maker space, a community unit, café, and associated landscaping and public realm works. The development is due to complete in summer 2026.

Grand Union (18/0321 & 20/2784)
Construction has commenced on the Grand Union mixed-use development on the site of the former Northfields Industrial Estate. When complete, the scheme will provide over 3,000 new homes, a 12,000 sqm multi-story industrial building (The Generator), 325 square meters of affordable workspace, and over 3,500 sqm of retail, food, and leisure space. Key social infrastructure secured through the planning process includes a new healthcare facility, 248sqm nursery, and a 490 square meter community centre. The first phase including the community centre was completed in 2022, and work on phase 2 (524 new homes) is now completed with phase 3 underway. Overall, this major redevelopment will create a new, sustainable community with homes, jobs, amenities, and public services for current and future residents.

Alperton House (18/4199)
Granted planning permission in June 2019, Peabody will bring forward a mixed-use redevelopment comprising of 474 residential units, retail, industrial and affordable workspace as well as the reprovision of a public house with improved access to the Grand Union Canal. Arranged over 4 blocks including the former Pleasure Boat Public House, the site will offer 89 affordable rented, 58 shared ownership and 327 market sale new homes.
