The redevelopment site comprising of 1-8 Neville House, 1-64 Winterleys, 113-128 Carlton House and Carlton Hall forms part of phase 4 of the South Kilburn regeneration programme. The redevelopment site is often referred to as the ‘NWCC’ redevelopment site.
What will be delivered?
The scheme will compromise of around 200 new high-quality homes, new enhanced public realm (including Highway improvements to Neville Road) and enhanced landscaping has been developed. The scheme is intended to deliver more than 100 new high-quality homes for existing tenants of South Kilburn at affordable social rent.
The design for the scheme was submitted for planning in December 2018 and was under review by the local planning authority. During this period, some changes were made to the scheme which where resubmitted in December 2019.
The Council are currently going through the process of procuring a Developer Partner to deliver the scheme. It is envisaged that works will start on site in mid-late 2022.

The scheme has been designed by award winning architects Pollard Thomas Edwards and the wider multi-disciplinary design team and underwent and extensive and inclusive consultation process with existing residents living residents and wider stakeholders.
