Opening a new childcare setting

You must consider whether you have the relevant experience in working with children.  If you do not, you will need to employ staff to meet these requirements.  You should have a business plan in place and you will need to find premises from which to deliver your business.  You can find out more information by contacting the Children and Families Information Service.
