Brent Play Association is a local charity that provides a wide range of services and opportunities for children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
After school, holiday and weekend provision is available for children and young people with SEND. Emergency respite is also offered six days a week.
During term-time the charity also provides services for children and young people who have been excluded from school or college or have yet to be allocated a suitable place, as well as young people requiring specialist support (by arrangement).
Its premises are wheelchair accessible and complete with a kitchen, music, art and sensory rooms and outside play area. The charity also has a narrow boat on the Grand Union Canal and works closely with the voluntary sector to support and assist groups and organisations working with children.
