Childline is a free, 24-hour service provided by the NSPCC, offering confidential support and advice to children and young people across the UK up to the age of 19. Young people can contact Childline about any issue affecting them, including bullying, child abuse, peer pressure, gang involvement, mental health concerns, and low self-esteem. Support is available via phone, online chat, and email.
