The Single Point of Access provides urgent mental health support, advice, and referrals for individuals, families, and professionals. It acts as a central hub for accessing services within the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL). The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including during emergencies and mental health crises.
