DSC Community Club Brent provides sport and physical opportunity activities for disabled people. The charity has 6,000 qualified coaches providing activities in schools, colleges and 14 London-wide community clubs.
Club Brent is a well-established DSC multi-sports club based at Willesden Sports Centre. Two sessions, costing £3 each, are run on a Saturday (term time only) between 12.30 and 1.30pm and 1.45 and 2.45pm for children and young people aged eight and above.
Sports include basketball, cricket, boccia, racketball, table tennis, new age kurling, tri-golf and zone hockey. Specialist taster sessions are also organised. All activities can be adapted to suit a wide range of abilities.
Siblings are welcome to join in and parents/carers are encouraged to stay, watch or take part. There is also an on-site café. Car parking is available and there is wheelchair access (assistance might be needed with some slopes and ramps).
