Exceptional Individuals supports people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourette’s syndrome and other neurodivergences. Much of the team is neurodivergent themselves, so lived experience is a central part of the support provided.
Support is available online across the UK, so young people in Brent can access it regardless of location. This includes free career coaching, CV support, mentoring, online workshops, a neurodiverse jobs board and advice around Access to Work.
Exceptional Individuals is also a Level 3 Disability Confident Leader under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
