No Panic is a UK-based charity that helps individuals manage and recover from anxiety-related conditions, including panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), general anxiety, and tranquilliser withdrawal. Support is also available for carers.
The charity uses a self-help approach based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy, delivered by trained volunteers.
Services offered:
- Helplines - Daily helpline for adults and a dedicated Youth Helpline for young people.

- Online and email support - Members can access support via email and a private social media group.
- Befriending and recovery courses - Telephone-based befriending groups and structured recovery courses led by volunteers.
