QPR in the Community Trust - pan disability football sessions

QPR in the Community Trust is a charity that has been running health, education, social inclusion and sports participation projects in Brent and surrounding boroughs since 1994. Its current programme includes pan disability football sessions run in and around west London, and the Tiger Cubs football activity programme for children and young people with Down's Syndrome.
