Together Along the Pathway (TAP) supports Brent mainstream school staff working with children and young people awaiting autism or autism and ADHD assessments. We provide practical, neuro‑affirming guidance to help mainstream schools identify strengths, meet needs, and promote inclusive practice.
All Brent mainstream primary and secondary schools can request whole‑school neurodiversity training.
TAP offer:
- coaching and mentoring for inclusive classroom support (in person or virtual)
- joint observations to identify strengths and development areas
- tailored training on neurodiversity in classrooms and schools
- support for a strengths based, whole‑school inclusive approach
- guest talks at family events or staff sessions
- access to resources via the Best Brent page.
A TAP involvement request form must be completed by a special educational needs coordinator (SENCo).
