If you’re concerned about your child’s emotional or mental wellbeing, a variety of services are available to support them. These services are designed to meet different levels of need and are guided by the Thrive Framework, making it easier for you to find the right support.
THRIVE Framework is for:
- all children and young people aged 0-25 within a specified locality
- all families and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 within a specified locality
- any professionals who seek to promote a needs led approach, mental health awareness and help children and young people with mental health and wellbeing needs or those at risk of mental health difficulties (whether staff in educational sectors, social care, voluntary or health sectors or others).
Understanding the Thrive Framework
The Thrive Model is a simple way to understand the different types of help available for children, young people and their families. It breaks support into five clear areas, making it easier for you to find the right help at the right time.
