Dads' fun Fridays
Join us for an evening of fun activities and games.
Friday night family is a two hour session where dads and male carers can spend quality time with their children in a relaxed, friendly setting. There is a large bouncy castle, arts and crafts, football, tennis, soft play more. Plus lots of space to run off that excessive energy. It ends with a slice or two of pizza for all attending.

- 20 November 2026 - Dads / male carers only
- 18 December 2026 - Family fun (Christmas special)
Family Fun sessions are open to the whole family, but a dad or male carer must attend and stay for the full duration of the session.

Dads Talk
Join our free 7-week online programme for expectant and new dads in Brent.
Dads Talk provides a supportive space for fathers to learn, ask questions, share experiences and connect with other local dads. The programme aims to help dads feel more confident and prepared for fatherhood and life with a new baby. Sessions take place online via Microsoft Teams.
Who is it for?
Dads Talk is for expectant fathers and dads with young babies, whether you're becoming a dad for the first time or already have parenting experience. It's a chance to build confidence, learn from others and meet local dads going through similar experiences.
The programme covers:
- becoming a father and finding your own way
- supporting your partner during pregnancy, birth and beyond
- understanding your baby's development and building a bond
- looking after your own wellbeing
- balancing work and family life
- finding support in Brent and connecting with other local dads.

Duration: 7 weeks
When: Thursdays, 6.30pm to 8pm
