You are your child’s most important teacher.
Babies are born to learn, but they don’t come with a set of instructions.
What you do at home really matters. This voluntary programme is free to all parents and carers of babies and pre-school children (0-5 years), and is designed to enhance child development and school achievement. You can be involved as soon as you know you are pregnant.
By accessing PAFT you will:
- have one to one support with a practitioner who will play and learn alongside you and your child
- This outreach parent support programme helps get children ready to be able to access school/nursery through one-to-one support sessions with parents and encouraging learning through play.
