Shine is a charity that provides specialist support, from before birth and throughout life, to anyone living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, as well as those who care for them.
Supported by a community of over 75,000 individuals, families, friends and professionals, the charity funds research and supports campaigns for better medical care and a greater understanding of these serious and lifelong disabilities.
Shine work on a national level to provide support through the following specialist teams:

- education advisory services
- occupational therapist development worker.
