Outdoor gyms offer a range of equipment suitable for all, including machines for adjustable resistance, body weight exercises, fixed bars, and benches. They are accessible to people of all fitness levels and experience.

They are free of charge to use and there is no need to book.

There may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances when an instructor may not be available. Please don’t let this stop you, as every piece of equipment has instructions on how to use them.

Using outdoor gyms safely

Our outdoor gyms are free to use but it is important you make sure you use them safely.

You are responsible for your own medical welfare and if necessary you should seek medical advice before exercising. Our outdoor gym equipment has a minimum height restriction of 1.2 metres.
