Fitsteps is a dance fitness workout inspired by Strictly Come Dancing and you
don't need a partner!
It mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom such as Tango, Waltz and Quickstep and
the up tempo steps of the Latin dances like Jive, Cha Cha and Samba to create a
fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit and keep trim.
Ages: 15+ all levels
