This is a free, gentle, relaxing weekly pilates session with our lovely instructor Christine. Pilates can really benefit people with low mood, stress, feeling isolated or experiencing mental health problems.
This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never done it before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!
Useful Information:
- Buses 18, 92, 182, 204 and H17 stop nearby
- It is the only library in a Park so when you visit the library you can also explore the attractive Barham Park and its planted areas. There is also a playground and an outdoor gym to enjoy.
- Please wear comfortable clothing
