Join the Our Parks Live Yoga from the comfort of your home. This class is a 30 minute Yoga class offers a gentle introduction to basic yoga techniques such as postures, breathing and meditation.
Our coach will welcome and guide you through a session designed to improve flexibility, strength, all round fitness, and well-being. Perfect for those who want to get back to exercise or are new to exercise, with all abilities welcome.
No equipment is needed however a mat would be useful (if you have one) and we always recommend a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
