This is a free, gentle, relaxing weekly yoga session with our lovely instructor Jess. Yoga can really benefit people with low mood, stress, feeling isolated or experiencing mental health problems.
This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never tried yoga before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!
Useful Information:
- There is onstreet parking around the centre
- The session will take place in the main Hall (please ask reception)
- One of the friendly Receptionist will need to buzz you in on arrival.
- Please wear comfortable clothing
