Take part in a fun and lively session exploring women in sport of Caribbean, Indian and Somali heritage as part of the Empower to Achieve project.
Learn about sportswomen including Celeste Stevens, Lorna Falconer, Jawahir ‘JJ’ Roble MBE and Connie Henry MBE, who have all worked in different areas of the sports industry, including football clubs, competition, officiating, broadcasting, media and charity.
Participants will explore photos and information about these sportswomen, receive a free sticker and make a small craft to take home.
