Parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) are invited to a free drop-in support session to help with the school or college phase transfer process.
The session will provide face-to-face support with checking if you have received your preference form, accessing and completing the form online, submitting your school or college preferences, and understanding what you need to do before the deadline.
Members of Brent's 0-25 SEND Service will be available to offer practical guidance and answer questions about the application process.
This friendly session aims to help families feel confident and supported when making important decisions about their child's next stage of education.
