Outdoor Gyms are free to use and available to all. If you would like a helping hand to get started, or just want to exercise knowing someone’s available if you need them, then come along to one of our daily instructor-led sessions in parks across Brent.
Our qualified instructor will be on hand to guide you through the different machines and offer advice on how to get the most out of your workout.
The gyms are super easy to use and available every day of the week when the park is open. There’s no need to book so just turn up.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothing, bring plenty of water, a towel and hand sanitiser.
