This is a fun, casual, drop-in stretch and movement to music session for people experiencing mental health problems. No previous experience or special equipment needed. Everyone welcome! Session will be led by Christine.

- The closest bus stop is next to Tesco's Hillside, Brent, which is next door to the centre
- These is plenty of open roadside parking
- This group is provided FREE by mental health charity Sport In Mind for the benefit of local people.
