This is a free, gentle relaxing weekly tai chi session with our lovely instructor Daniele. Tai Chi can really benefit low mood, low self-confidence, stress, feeling isolated or experiencing mental health problems.
The sessions are free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never tried yoga before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind! Session will be led by Daniele
Useful information:
- Bus 206, 32 and 316 as well as Kilburn Park station to take you within walking distance the venue.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and a bottle of water.
