Blume finds paid flexible work for older people by matching their skills with charities who need flexible, high-quality and experienced support. It is completely free to sign up and use. There are more than sixty different tasks ranging from DIY and dog walking to mystery shopping and computer support. Once you have signed up as a ‘blumer’ you decide what you want to do, when and where you want to do it and how much you want to charge.
