Faith Regen Foundation (FRF) is a multi-faith charity that is committed to securing sustainable jobs for the most disadvantaged individuals such as BAME groups, ex-offenders, lone parents, women, long-term unemployed, young people and refugees.
We hope to achieve this by effectively empowering minority faith and BAME communities to make more meaningful and sustainable life choices. We have strong track record of achieving targets and outcomes to ensure positive change for disadvantaged individuals and communities. Since our inception in 2001, we have successfully engaged with over 15,000 beneficiaries.
FRF has successfully acted as sub-contractors for a number of funders and run a number of accredited training courses to help its beneficiaries attain employment and offer a wide range of culturally sensitive services.
Our USP is our ability to engage with communities and individuals where public services need extra support. Due to the trust and respect we have built within these communities over the last 12 years, we have been able to work closely with them in an array of fields such as housing, education and employment. We understand the diverse communities that live in the UK and are able to provide both faith and culturally sensitive provisions.
FRF also promotes greater understanding between faiths and cultures, and identifies solutions for encouraging positive relationships within our society based on a collaborative approach. We are committed to unleashing the potential of all to establish cohesive and sustainable communities through developing disadvantaged individuals.
