The person
You will:
- Have experience of working EYFS.
- Demonstrate flexibility, being able to work on your own initiative as well as follow guidance from teachers.
- Demonstrate good behaviour management strategies.
- Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
- Be able to support children with specific needs.
- Know when to adapt teaching to make it simpler or harder.
- Provide feedback to children and staff.
- Engage in CPD to enhance your own skill set and develop strategies to support a wide level of need.
- Work in partnership with parents / carers and external professional agencies as and when needed.
