The role
We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work with a specific child in EYFS/KS1. You will work closely with class teachers to provide support and guidance for an individual pupil. The confidence and ability to work flexibly and contribute to teaching and learning is essential, as is the willingness to cater for all aspects of physical, social and emotional needs.
Our pupils need Learning Support Assistants who take an interest in them as individuals and wish to help them meet their potential by making learning both exciting and memorable.

The person
You will:
- have existing experience of having worked in a school environment with children who have special needs.
- be keen to develop and share children’s knowledge and expertise
- be a good communicator
- be able to liaise well with colleagues
- be an excellent practitioner, willing to work and learn as part of a team
