About the school
St Joseph’s Roman Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our school which continues to enjoy excellent academic outcomes and high standards of behaviour.
If you have successfully gained your undergraduate degree within a recognised UK University, then this Graduate Teaching Assistant position may be suited to you. The role itself will help any Graduates who are considering a career in teaching but do not have the relevant classroom experience.
Job details
As part of a school team, you will be guided and supported by staff members who have been with the school for many years. They will help you build your knowledge and skills to allow you to move forward prior to applying to a Teacher Training programme. You will be able to build on your knowledge of the education system and in return, the successful candidates will be individuals that can inspire, motivate and engage with others.
The successful applicant will receive full training and will be supported to apply for a Teacher Training place through UCAS should they so wish.
