The school
St Mary’s Catholic Primary School is a successful one form entry Catholic Primary School and Nursery with a strong and supportive staff team. We are situated in Kilburn. We are part of the All Saints’ Trust comprised of five primary schools and one secondary school. Our vision is to provide education to enable all children to pursue excellence for the common good as world citizens and future leaders of the 21st Century.
The role
We are looking for someone who is:
- Able to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Headteacher.
- Able to manage the school office.
- Able to Complete the school census
- Able to maintain confidential data base for pupils and staff (SIMS and Parent Pay).
- Able to contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school
The person
We are looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic with a committed attitude, with flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working in a school office in an administrative/PA role.
- Able to communicate and deal with staff/parents/visitors’ queries effectively.
- Able to demonstrate excellent administrative and ICT skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Able to ensure school compliance with safeguarding and statutory requirements.
- Committed to join our conscientious school team.
- Able to take on varied tasks, within the daily operations of the school admin office, as well as providing administrative support to the school.
- Able to work as part of a team that is committed, aligned and passionate about our school community.
- Able to Contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school
