Young people across Brent are receiving their A Level and BTEC results today, marking the end of years of hard work and the beginning of a new chapter.
Brent’s A level students achieved significantly higher than the national picture for A*, A and B grades, with almost 100% of candidates securing a pass. Vocational students also performed strongly, with around 70% achieving a Distinction or Distinction*.
For many, Results Day is a brilliant opportunity to celebrate with friends, family and teachers and reflect on everything they have achieved. For others, it can be a more challenging day, particularly if their results are not what they had hoped for.Whatever today brings, Brent Council is here to help young people as they take their next steps. Support is available to help them explore their options and find the right path, from apprenticeships and employment to further education and university.
