From first jobs to fresh opportunities, West London’s biggest jobs fair returns next month to help residents kickstart their career.
The free event takes place on Tuesday 15 September, from 10am to 4pm at Wembley Stadium, bringing together more than 150 employers, training providers and careers advisers under one roof, including organisations such as The Football Association (FA) and the NHS.
Wembley Jobs Fair provides residents with direct access to a wide range of vacancies across sectors including construction, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, technology and the public sector. Attendees will also be able to receive career advice, CV support, interview guidance and information on training and apprenticeship opportunities.
The fair is designed to support residents at every stage of their employment journey, whether they are looking for their first job, considering a career change, returning to work, or seeking opportunities to develop new skills.
Now in its fifth year, the annual event offers a valuable opportunity for local and national businesses to connect with talented candidates from across Brent, helping employers fill vacancies while supporting inclusive economic growth in the area.
Building on the success of previous years, Wembley Jobs Fair 2025 attracted more than 8,000 people last year seeking jobs, apprenticeships and training opportunities.
The free sell-out event is brought to you by Brent Council's employment service Brent Works, in partnership with Wates, The Football Association, JBT, Jobcentre Plus and The Young Brent Foundation, HS2, Marks & Spencer and IKEA.
Cllr Jake Rubin, Cabinet Member for Children's Services, Employment and Climate Action, said:
"Wembley Jobs Fair 2026 is a fantastic opportunity for residents to connect directly with employers, explore new career pathways and get access to the support they need to achieve their ambitions.
We are committed to helping local people find good-quality jobs and develop the skills that will enable them to succeed in a changing economy. At a time when many people, particularly young people, are finding it harder to get a foot on the career ladder, Wembley Jobs Fair provides direct access to employers, training opportunities and expert advice.
Following the success of last year's event, which welcomed thousands of attendees, I encourage anyone in Brent looking for work, training or career progression to come along and make the most of this free event."
