Five Brent schools are set to benefit from a £1.5 million package of upgrades to make classrooms safer, warmer and fit for learning. This money will help to ensure that local schools are fit for the future and provide the best possible learning environment for young people.
Brent Council has confirmed the schools will share funding from its annual School Asset Management Programme, with the cash targeted at urgent repairs and improvements before pupils return after the summer break.
Brentfield Primary School’s early years area will be getting brand new radiators and Roe Green Infant and Junior school will receive replacement windows on the west and south elevations.
