One Tree Hill is a favourite recreational area for local residents and popular with local dog walkers and nature lovers. From the top of the hill, views stretch towards Harrow on the Hill, Wembley and central London.
Since its original naming, when it was a hill with a single tree, the park has been landscaped with numerous trees and shrubs. The site of a former adjacent allotment has been incorporated into the park and is now a recognised wildlife area.
The park is recreational with no formal pitch provision but it is suitable for informal ball games.
There is no car park at this park. Pedestrian access is good from all sides of the park and there is a frequent bus service along Bridgewater Road.
