Outdoor gyms

We have 20 outdoor gyms located in parks and open spaces across Brent.

They are free of charge to use and there is no need to book.

You can also take advantage of one of our free weekly instructor-led sessions designed to help you get fit and stay active.

Free instructor-led classes

Free instructor-led sessions are available at a selection of our outdoor gyms.

There’s no need to book, just turn up. Take a look at the timetable below to find a session near you.

There may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances when an instructor may not be available. Please don’t let this stop you, as every piece of equipment has instructions on how to use them.

Using outdoor gyms safely

Our outdoor gyms are free to use but it is important you make sure you use them safely.

You are responsible for your own medical welfare and if necessary you should seek medical advice before exercising. Our outdoor gym equipment has a minimum height restriction of 1.2 metres.
